"Water Tight" smear free topcoat

I’m using this top coat for EVERYTHING- acrylic, gel and as a normal nail polish top coat. It’s really holds everything in and protects nails from chipping.

Water Tight Top Coat was something I purchased to try out and is now something I use in every single set I stamp! Because I sandwich my nail art with nail lacquer and gel, I struggled with the gel top coat, in particular matte ones smearing my precious stamping - I started using Water Tight Top Coat and haven't looked back! Every time I use it I can see how it enhances the look of foils and pigments, sealing them in without distorting their colour which works really well as sometimes a gel topcoat can distort pigments. If you want no fuss and have experienced the frustration of smeared stamping - this one will become a staple in your nail art arsenal!

I’ve been using this top coat for a while now and it still amazes me. It can be applied almost immediately over nail art and will keep it crisp without smudging. You use very little with its runny consistency. It’s so easy to apply and has a super smooth finish. Although others recommended applying a regular top coat over Water Tight to lengthen the wear on their mani, I’ve had surprisingly long wear when I’ve just used this top coat. Love it.

I am super impatient when it comes to leaving my nail art long enough before top coating it, so the amount of times I've smeared a perfectly good design is countless. But this top coat makes everything so easy, I was so impressed when I saw how well it worked.
I use this on top of nail art and wait for it to dry (maybe 5 to 10 minutes) and then I seal everything with a glossy top coat.
This has definitely earned it's place in my nail art must haves!

This top coat does exactly what is says, for the first time ever I've had absolutely no smearing of my stamped designs. It does feel strange to use such a thin formula with the bristles actually touching the nail instead of 'floating', but the stamping comes out perfect and clean. Because it's so thin it still dries very quickly even though it's not a 'quick dry' formula, and dries perfectly clear. The only thing I found was you need to be careful to make sure you're applying it evenly for a smooth finish. I used this under Varnish Without a Trace for extra protection and shine, but you could certainly use it by itself.
I will definitely buy this again, I will be using this a lot for all my stamping and other delicate nail art. Looking forward to trying it with foils and holos!
